Securitisation of Migration in the Language of Slovak Far-Right Populism

Although the Slovak Republic is not a country of immigrants, since 2015 topic international migration has dominated its political discourse. Due to situation in 2015, politicians have also begun use mobilise their voters. Paradoxically, there are no significant differences among relevant parties on this topic, hence take similar approach issue migration. This article focuses People's Party Our Slovakia as leading representative far-right populism. We intend explore how populists articulate analysis found that language reflects dichotomy “we/us” (good) vs. “they/them” (evil).
